Q - What Time is Check-in and Check-Out?
A: Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.   We provide an early check in for our two queen bedded room type, based on availability, for an additional $25.  Please call our Reservations Department to reserve.   

Q. What Is Our Cancellation Policy?
A: You must cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty of one night's room and tax for our standard booking cancellation policy.  We also offer a  discounted advanced purchase rate which has a non-refundable cancellation policy and full payment is due at the time of booking.

Q - Pet Policy
A: We apologize but North Conway Grand Hotel does not allow pets.

Q - Do We Offer High-Speed Internet Access?
A: We offer complimentary High-Speed internet throughout the entire hotel.

Q. Do We Offer ADA Guest Rooms?
A: Yes.  We offer ADA compliant guest rooms.  Please contact our Reservations Department. 

Q: Are There Coffee Makers, Microwaves, Refrigerator/Freezer In The Guest Rooms?
A: Yes.

Q - How Many Floors Does The Hotel Have?  Is There An Elevator?
A: The hotel has 4 floors and there is an elevator.

Q - What Are The Hours Of The Fitness Center?
A: We have a 24-hour fitness center for our guests.

Q. What Are The Hours Of The Business Center?
A: We have a 24-hour business center for our guests use only.

Q. What Are The Hours Of The Pools / Hot Tub?
A: The Pools / Hot Tub hours are :

        *Indoor Pool/Hot Tub :
         -Open 7am - 10pm. 10pm - 11pm - Adult Swim Only.
         *Outdoor Pool /Jacuzzi:
          -Open 4pm - 10pm Sunday through Thursday (Winter)
          -Open 12pm - 10pm Saturday & Sunday (Winter)
          -Open 12pm - 10pm (Summer)

Q.  How Much Is Parking At The Hotel?
A: Parking is complimentary for hotel guests.
