- What times are check-in and check-out?Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am. We provide an early check-in of 12 noon for only our two-queen-bedded room type, based on availability, for an additional $25. Please call our Reservations Team to reserve, or you may reserve this online while making your reservation for the two-queen-bedded room type. Must be 21 or older to make a reservation.
- What is your cancellation policy?Our standard booking cancellation policy requires you to cancel 72 hours before arrival to avoid a penalty for one night's room and tax. This standard cancellation policy does not apply over holidays or special events. Please check your confirmation email for the cancellation policy, which applies to your reservation. We also offer a discounted advanced purchase rate with a non-refundable cancellation policy in which full payment is due at the time of booking. *When reserving three or more rooms, we reserve the right to adjust cancellation and deposit policies. Guests may also be required to sign a group agreement for clarity on these terms.

- What is your pet policy?North Conway Grand Hotel does not allow pets. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Do you offer high-speed Internet access?We offer high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel.
- Do you offer accessible guest rooms?Yes. We offer accessible guest rooms. Please get in touch with our Reservations Team for more information.
- Are there coffee makers, microwaves, and refrigerators in every guest room?Yes.
- Do you have a guest laundry?Yes.
- How many floors does the hotel have?The hotel has four floors with three elevators.
- What are the hours of the fitness center?Our fitness center is open 24 hours a day.
- What are the hours of the pools/hot tub?Our indoor pool/hot tub is open every day from 7 am to 10 pm. Adults-only swim hours are from 10 pm to 11 pm. Our outdoor pool is open daily from 9 am to 10 pm.
- Do you offer parking at the hotel?We offer plenty of parking.
- Does the hotel provide cots and/or cribs?We do not have cots, but every guest room includes a sleeper sofa. Based on availability, we offer cribs for an additional $10 per day. Please call our Reservations Team to reserve.
- What is included in the amenity fee?Our amenity fee includes:
- Two (2) bottles of water upon check-in
- In-room coffee & tea
- Super-fast high-speed Internet
- Use of multiple pools, fitness center, fire pit, movie room, playground, basketball area, & ping pong tables
- Does the hotel accept cash for room charges?Our hotel does not accept cash payments for any services provided. All major valid credit cards are accepted.
