Q. What Time is Check-in and Check-Out?
A. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.   
     We provide an early check in of 12 noon for only our two queen bedded room type, based on availability, for an additional $25.  Please call our Reservations 
     Team to reserve or you may reserve this online while making your reservation for the two queen bedded room type.  Must be 21 or older to make a reservation.   

Q. What Is Our Cancellation Policy?
A. Our standard booking cancellation policy requires you to cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax. 
     We also offer a  discounted advanced purchase rate which has a non-refundable cancellation policy in which full payment is due at the time of booking.

Q. Do We Require A Deposit When Making A Reservation? 
A.  No.

Q. Pet Policy
A. We apologize but North Conway Grand Hotel does not allow pets.

Q. Do We Offer High-Speed Internet Access?
A. We offer complimentary High-Speed internet throughout the entire hotel.

Q. Do We Offer ADA Guest Rooms?
A. Yes.  We offer ADA compliant guest rooms.  Please contact our Reservations Team. 

Q. Are There Coffee Makers, Microwaves, Refrigerator/Freezer In The Guest Rooms?
A. Yes.

Q. Do We Have A Guest Laundry? 
A. Yes.

Q. Are There In Room DVD Players?
A. Yes and a free library is available at the Front Desk. 

Q. How Many Floors Does The Hotel Have?   
A. The hotel has 4 floors and there are three elevators.

Q. What Are The Hours Of The Fitness Center?
A. We have a 24-hour fitness center. 
     COVID Update:  Per New Hampshire regulations, the Fitness Center is currently closed.  We will advise when we are able to reopen it.

Q. What Are The Hours Of The Business Center?
A. 24 hours.

Q. What Are The Hours Of The Pools / Hot Tub?
A.  Indoor Pool/Hot Tub :
         Every Day:  7am - 10pm.  Adult Swim Only: 10pm - 11pm.
        
      Outdoor Pool /Hot Tub:
          Winter:   Sunday - Friday: 4pm - 10pm.
                           Saturday: 12 noon - 10pm.
          Vacation Weeks:  12 noon - 10pm. 
          Summer: Every Day - 12 noon - 10pm.
          
Q.  Parking At The Hotel and Charging Stations? 
A. We offer plenty of free parking as well as complimentary electric charging stations.

Q. Cots and Cribs? 
A. We do not have cots but please keep in mind we have a sleeper sofa in every guest room.  
     We do offer cribs, based on availability, for an additional $10 per day.  Please call our Reservations Team to reserve or you may reserve this 
     online while making your reservation.
